What we keep, and why.
This site exists to put you in touch with four people who sell homes in Jersey City. It collects only what that takes. This page says what, where it goes and how to have it removed.
What you give us
When you fill in a form on this site we receive what you type: a property address, your name, phone number, email, and a timeline if you choose one. We also record which page the form was on and, if you arrived from an ad or a link with tracking tags, the campaign tags in that link.
Nothing on this site asks for a date of birth, a government ID, a social security number or payment details. Do not put them in a form.
Why
To answer you. A partner uses your details to call or email you about the request you made, such as a home valuation or a question about a listing. We also use the page and campaign tags to see which parts of the site bring people in.
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask for one.
Who handles it
Your form goes from your browser to our server on Vercel, which hosts this site, and from there to the team inbox at info@thehamiltonparkgroup.com. Depending on how the site is configured at the time, these services carry or store it:
- Vercel, Inc.: hosting, the form endpoint and page analytics.
- Resend, Inc. or formsubmit.co: delivering the form as an email to the team inbox.
- Google LLC: the team’s email inbox, and a Google Sheet where leads may be copied so the partners can share them.
Each of these companies processes the data on our instructions under its own published terms. None of them is permitted to use it for its own marketing.
What the site records on its own
Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and the events listed below without cookies and without storing your IP address. The events are: a phone number tapped, a form started, a form sent. No form contents are included.
The site stores the campaign tags from your first visit in your browser’s session storage so they can be attached to a form you send later in the same visit. They are cleared when you close the tab.
Our server keeps a short log of each form attempt: the time, whether it passed checks and whether the email went out. The log holds no names, phone numbers, emails or addresses.
How long
Your request stays in the team inbox and, where used, the shared spreadsheet for as long as the partners are working with you and for the period New Jersey real estate rules require records to be kept after a transaction. If no transaction follows, ask and we remove it.
Your choices
Email info@thehamiltonparkgroup.com or call (201) 474-5744 to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. We answer within one business day and act within thirty.
You can use the site without sending a form. The phone numbers on every page work without one.
Changes
If we add or drop a service that touches your information, this page changes the same day and the effective date above moves. Material changes are noted here for ninety days.
