What is your home worth?
Send the address. A partner looks at what sold on your block, what is listed now, and what your place has that they didn’t, then calls you with a range and the reasoning.
We live in these buildings. We know which blocks trade above ask, which renovations pay back, and which ones don’t.
What happens after you send it
The card reaches a partner, not a form.
It lands in the team inbox, info@thehamiltonparkgroup.com, and one of the four of us reads it.
We pull the sales.
The closed sales nearest your home in distance, size, type and condition, then what is listed now, because that is your competition the day you go live.
You get a call within one business day.
A range and the sales behind it. If you want it in person, Joey, a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, walks the comparables with you.
You decide.
The number is yours to keep. Nothing is listed until you say so, and your information is never sold.
Prefer to talk first? (201) 474-5744 reaches whichever partner is in. Or email info@thehamiltonparkgroup.com.
Where the number is written
Two blocks from the park, at 553 Jersey Avenue.
The office is two blocks south of Hamilton Park. The map is drawn from public street and building records and shows the blocks between, with the office and the home we have for sale pinned. Four partners who live in the city, one of them on the park.

Questions before you send it?
The FAQ answers the twelve we hear most: attorney review, the transfer fee, what you have to disclose. Or call the office line.
